The KittysMagic© website is not intended to provide advertisers or third parties with a convenient way to contact any listed information that is or may be provided by a breeder or a cat related link. To solicit their products and or services. This is an inappropriate use of services provided by KittysMagic©. There are no guarantees to any listed breeders or cat related link that these services will not be misused in this fashion.
KittysMagic© believes in and strives to screen each listing before it is allowed to be posted. This site is dedicated to preserving the welfare of the kitties listed here, the breeding of the pure standard cat and the moral, ethical and reputable knowledge of the breeders and or other cat related links within the pages of KittysMagic©.
Before you can list any information on any pages, images
and or links within the KittysMagic© pages you must
agree to these guidelines below.
1.) You agree that KittysMagic© Reserves the right to
refuse changes, remove, deny or suspend any listed site, link or any other form of
information from within its pages at anytime and without
notice. However in most cases you will be notified.
a. All Listings and Links are subject to removal due to an inactive, suspended website, dead link(404 - URL not found), non cat breeder related and or invalid email address.
b. Reserves the right to remove a listing due to complaints
made by any persons or affiliations.
c. KittysMagic© reserves the right to request references, if at anytime your listing is or has become questionable, usually due to illegal or cruel activities. This will be to prove your validation and upon your request to keep your current listing posted. References will not be disclosed to any third-party and will be kept confidential.
d. Reserves the right to refuse a listing due to any
information KittysMagic© does not agree with or finds
inappropriate and claims no obligations for explanation. IF you have made payment, this is a case where your payment will be refunded via paypal ONLY!
e. Reserves the right to not accept any form of advertising or
any new listings from a breeder or any cat related link.
f. KittysMagic© cannot guarantee the amount of exposure and visits to your website via your purchased or linked listing. You list with KittysMagic© at your own risk and will not hold this site or any other associated with, responsible for visits or lack there of from guests or customers.
g. KittysMagic#169 will not accept a breeder that sells there kittens to pet stores. This is usually a "Red Flag" to the cattery being a kitty mill. KittysMagic© believes this is unethical and the kittens are no longer safe and where they end up is no longer regulated.
You must be registered with at least one major cat registry association. And that you register your cats with at least one major reputable cat registry appropriate to your breed(s). KittysMagic(c) will not accept a cattery that is not registered.
h. KittysMagic#169 requires a valid and active email address and your listing is subject to removal, suspension or being denied if it is not and or no longer active. So if it changes please update your records with KittysMagic© using the Change Listing form. View Site Map to find the link.
2.) You agree to understand KittysMagic(c)'s Policy on "Refunds" - Refunds will be issued via PayPal only, due to these cases listed:
a. A refund may be issued if you made payment in error. This will need a clear explination of what happened and why.
b. KittysMagic© finds a listing that does not follow these terms or finds inappropriate. And therefore will not list the following site within its pages.

| Refunds will be not issued due to these cases listed:
a. Canceling your Option One, Premium or Option Two listing.
b. If you have overpaid, the extra can be placed towards photos or carried over, if you have chosen Option Two as your breeder listing. Or can be applied to graphic creations, created by Cheyennes Creations.
c. If you dislike the service and are not getting the exposure you desire? This cannot be helped as you are taking your own risk listing with this service and KittysMagic#169 cannot guarantee the guests and or customers that you may receive via this website.
d. Making payment, clearly understanding you are paying for a breeders listing, but neither photos, cattery name, URL, cat breed(s) and email address have not been received. This information is nessesary and vital to you getting listed within the KittysMagic(c) Breeders listing pages.
3.) You agree that you will either represent yourself or if
a confirmed website designer providing a statment including
contact info giving permission for the Web designer to list
when submitting or sending information to KittysMagic©.
KittysMagic© reserves the right to contact the third party
in this instance to confirm that the listing was authorized.
4.) You agree that KittysMagic© has no obligation to
regulate the claims that are made by breeders or other cat
related links in reguard to there listings. Listings may be
altered such as grammer, spelling or anything that may not
adhear to these terms.
5.) You agree that KittysMagic© cannot and will not
accept any breeder listing that engages in the purposful
breeding of any exotic wild cat, mixed breeds that are not
accepted by any reputable cat club/registry or other exotic animals. Has been suspended from a major cat registry, animals of any kind that may be or have been seized by local animal authorities, proven cases of selling unfit animals, financial fraud etc.
Will not accept advertisement or listings from Pet stores of
any kind or large cat breeding facilities with multiple
breeds that KittysMagic© may perceive to be a Kitty
Mill.
6.) You agree that you as a listed breeder or other related
cat link is responsible for your own actions, your
interpretations and knowledge about the choices you make.
Responsible for your own postings and their consequences.
7.) You agree to protect KittysMagic©, it's owners and any affiliates and others associated with this
site from the following below.
a. You will assure and hold KittysMagic©, it's owners and and any affiliations
with KittysMagic© harmless from and against any and all
claims, losses, liabilities(including attorneys fees, court
costs and any costs associated) and damages.
b. Any of this occuring out of distribution,
publication, or anything else posted by you.
c. You forever release and waive your right, to
bring suit against KittysMagic©, it's owners and any affiliates for grievance allegedly arising from
KittysMagic©, the information contained in this site, listed by any user or this agreement.
d. You agree to release KittysMagic©, it's owners and any affiliates from being liable to you or to any party in the event of informed possibility of any such damages that might occur out of or relating to the content or use of materials upon this site.
