For the Free and Purchased Breeders listings your Cattery name, Email address and Full name will be used to help the KittysMagic© operator identify you from others, in case of corrections, changes, removal, suspension and etc. Is kept for the KittysMagic© records and will be kept private unless specified otherwise and given permission to post publically in a listing.
2. KittysMagic© will not and dose not share any private information with any third parties including email address, street address, full name, phone number etc. However with the Exception in RARE cases that are involving possible violations of the terms associated with this site and or of any illegal practices.
3. KittysMagic© will not and does not practice in unsolicited mailings, either by postal mail or email.
4. KittysMagic© will not and does not use cookies to collect personal information from site visitors or listed cattery breeders.
5. Visiting guests to the KittysMagic© site will never need to provide any identifying personal information.
6. KittysMagic© requires a certain minimum amount of information that must be provided in signing up, making corrections and or making purchases. Private information may be used exclusively by KittysMagic© to contact you ourselves about new site information, subscription reminders, billing problem, etc. Your personal information will never be sold and or included in any kind of marketing list for the purposes of a third-party advertiser for any reason.
7. KittysMagic© does need and will ask for a form of contact information and cattery information when a breeder subscribes to become a listed cattery upon the KittysMagic© website. This is crucial to provide the necessary information to site guests so they can make an informed decision. Cattery Name, Registration#(for verification purposes), valid email address, a valid website url, the breed(s) and State/country for the Free Breeder Listing is required. A Cattery Name, Registration#(for verification purposes), valid email address, the breed(s) and State/country for the purchased breeder listing is required.
8. KittysMagic© provides the option for you to request any information to be removed from your listing. However if required information is asked to be removed KittysMagic© has the right to remove your entire listing from any and all its pages.
9. KittysMagic© contains links to other sites and is not responsible for the other privacy practices or the content of these Web sites.
10. KittysMagic© uses security measures to protect the alteration, loss and misuse of the contained information that is under our control.
