| Why isn't my Breeders listing posted?
There could be several reasons for this.
1. Please allow up to two weeks from the date you sent your listing for it to be posted.
2. The website address that you submitted does not exist or may have been spelled incorrectly.
3. The required fields have not been filled in.
4. The form didn't submit or process properly.
5. Your payment was not received in full.
6. The listing information and the website information do not match.
7. The website url submitted is not a breeder of registered cats. We do not accept pet cat sites for listing under the breeders section, or under the links section. For other forms of kitty sites contact KittysMagic© with your request to be listed as a link in the links section.
8. Your website is inactive. These are websites that have not updated there pages in about a year or more. The listed update month and year is over 12 months inactive. There is no update month and year listed but there is obvious signs of inactivity due to kitten pages, links pages, home pages with dates being over 12 months inactive. The website is not being properly maintained and wastes the time of the guest visiting. KittysMagic© would like to maintain its listings with active breeders to keep information updated and available to the kitty seeker. You do not have to breed or have kittens all the time to keep the website active.

| What happen to my breeders listing?
1. Listings and Links are subject to removal due to the required link back to KittysMagic has either been removed or is not present.
2. Listings and Links are subject to removal due to an inactive, suspended website, dead link(404 - URL not found) and or invalid email address.
Inactive websites are sites that have not updated there pages in about a year or more. The website is not being properly maintained and wastes the time of the guest visiting. KittysMagic© would like to maintain its listings with active breeders to keep information updated and available to the kitty seeker.
3. KittysMagic© trys to visit each link listed within any of its pages on a regular basis. Information found on these pages from the link posted with KittysMagic© may have changed or been added that does not conform to the *Terms of Agreement*, is inappropriate and or not kitty related.
4. The listing information and the website information do not match.

| Do you give Refunds?
Refunds will be issued via PayPal only, due to these cases listed:
1. A refund may be issued if you made payment in error. This will need a clear explination of what happened and why.
2. KittysMagic© finds a listing that does not follow the "Terms of Agreement" or finds inappropriate. And therefore will not list the following site within its pages.

1. Canceling your Option One or Option Two listing.
2. If you have overpaid, the extra can be placed towards photos or carried over, if you have chosen Option Two as your breeder listing. Or can be applied to graphic creations, created by Cheyennes Creations.
3. If you dislike the service and are not getting the exposure you desire? This cannot be helped as you are taking your own risk listing with this service and KittysMagic#169 cannot guarantee the guests and or customers that you may receive via this website.
4. Making payment, clearly understanding you are paying for a breeders listing, but neither photos, cattery name, URL, cat breed(s) and email address have not been received. This information is nessesary and vital to you getting listed within the KittysMagic(c) Breeders listing pages.

| Why do I need to email you for your mailing address?
The mailing address of KittysMagic© must be stricly regulated as the current residence is a private street address and it contains more persons living within. A P.O. box is in the works.

| Why do you not accept animated or java banners?
Because of the simple fact that these banners are larger then plain simple banners. They use up more space, as well as increase the loading time for other visiting guests. I wish to conserve as much space as possible (space costs money) and make the loading time of the links page as pleasant as possible.

| What is a PayPal Fee? And why may it be included?
A PayPal fee is a transaction fee that is charged to PayPal members for receiving payments. This Fee is only used with members that have a Business or Premier account. KittysMagic(c) is a small business, as it does accept payments for you to list your cattery under the purchased breeders listings, for webdesign services and to also receive credit and debit card payments.
When you decide to make a payment to KittysMagic(c) this fee will be charged by PayPal to KittysMagic(c) and sometimes KittysMagic(c) may ask you to cover the charge of this fee if you decide to use the PayPal option to pay KittysMagic(c).
